Δύο φορές μετά την αγορά χρειαστήκαμε ανταλλακτικά για κάποια θέματα που είχαν προκύψει κι ο κ. Γιάννης ήταν πρόθυμος και ευγενικός και ανταποκριθήκε άμεσα με ευγένεια και συνέπεια. A year ago we got a TV stand with an amazing Italian design. From the day of the order it came very quickly from Italy into quarantine. Twice after the purchase we needed spare parts for some issues that had arisen and Mr. John was willing and kind and responded immediately with courtesy and consistency.
