Received the specifications of an assignment which i would have to implement at home within 3 days and send them back the solution via Email.
Spent around 10-12 hours in the weekend, implemented everything according to the specs and even more. BTW the "not more than 2,5 hours" estimate time for the assignment implementation according to the company is out of this world !
Sent them sourced code, application build and ready to run with a single click, documentation basically everything that was specified and more.
Next day received a two-liner email which stated unfortunately my application will not continue further.
No explanation no reasoning at all about this decision.
I cross my hands ¨-) hope they find the ....super top software talent that they are looking for
