We welcome people of all ages and fitness levels to practice yoga with us in our studio. Practice Hatha, vinyasa, restorative yoga, and other numerous styles at the Melissia area in Athens.
About Avra Yoga Studio
Tania has studied ballet and modern dance since the age of 3 at the Royal Academy of Dance & Imperial Society Teacher of Dance. Her restless personality led her to the path of Yoga where she found other ways of physical and spiritual expression. Her deepest knowledge of the art of yoga comes from her studies in the YogaWorks system (500h YAI), a unique teaching system inspired by the flow of ashtanga, iyengar alignment and the healing effects of viny yoga. She also spend time in India with enlightened teachers such as Saji.P.K and Shajesh Tantra. Tania's teaching is characterized by its safety for students of any level as she uses all yoga props (bricks, straps, blankets, etc.) for alignment in the class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή σχολή για γιόγκα με πολλές επιλογές σε δασκάλους και προγράμματα.. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ όμορφος, οι δάσκαλοι καταρτισμένοι και τηρούνται οι συνθήκες υγιεινής λόγω covid..Μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ!!!!
 Very good yoga school with many options for teachers and programs .. The place is very beautiful, the teachers are trained and the hygiene conditions are observed due to covid..I liked it very much !!!!
