★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι χρόνια πελάτης στο κατάστημα της Μπότσαρη και δυστυχώς έρχομαι τώρα σε θέση να αναφέρω ότι ένα κατάστημα δεν το κάνει καλό μόνο τα προϊόντα που πουλάει αλλά και το προσωπικό του. Μία συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλος ξεπερνάει τα όρια της οικειότητας γίνεται φορτική και μερικές φορές σε βαθμό που να προσβάλει τον πελάτη, σαφώς δεν εννοώ μιλώντας του άσχημα ή βρίζοντας τον αλλά υποτιμώντας τη νοημοσύνη του. Ειλικρινά ομολογώ πως όταν βλέπω τη συγκεκριμένη υπάλληλο από τη βιτρίνα του καταστήματος προτιμώ να αγοράσω το ψωμί μου από αλλού.
I have been a customer of Botsari's store for years and unfortunately I am now able to mention that a store is not only good for the products it sells but also for its staff. A particular employee goes beyond intimacy becomes burdensome and sometimes to the point of offending the client, I clearly do not mean speaking badly or cursing him but underestimating his intelligence. I honestly confess that when I see this employee from the shop window I prefer to buy my bread from elsewhere.

The casserole pie was plain dough ... The pizzas (canapés) stale .. And the sausage pies as well. I do not recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απο ποιότητα κ γευση σε γενικα πλαίσια κανενα παράπονο. Ειναι ομως σχετικα ακριβο για τις ποσότητες καθε προϊόντος κ εχει κακιστη πολιτικη /συνεννόηση σε παραγγελιες. Ούσα πελάτισσα αποπειράθηκα να παραγγείλω μια τουρτα του κιλου (13€/κιλο) με μια απλη σταμπα (+10€). Χωρις ενημέρωση οτι δεν ηταν εφικτό να γινει του κιλου αυτο που ζητησα κ έχοντας αλλάξει αρκετα την αρχικη παραγγελια εμφανισιακά, κοστισε 30€ μια απλη τουρτιτσα 10×30 εκ.
From quality and taste in general no complaints. However, it is relatively expensive for the quantities of each product and has a bad policy / arrangement in orders. As a customer, I tried to order a cake per kilo (13 € / kilo) with a simple print (+ 10 €). Without being informed that it was not possible to do what I asked for per kilo and having changed the original order a lot, it cost 30 € a simple cake 10 × 30 cm.
