★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα κλείσει ραντεβού για σήμερα 11/01/16 από την προηγούμενη εβδομάδα (και πήρα και άδεια από την εργασία μου), για να έρθει κάποιος να δει το πρόβλημα που έχω με τα περιστέρια. Είχαν κρατήσει όλα τα στοιχεία μου, αλλά όταν δεν φάνηκε κάποιος από την εταιρεία την ώρα που είχαν πει, πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι δεν είχε καταχωρηθεί κάποιο ραντεβού και αν θέλω να κλείσω κάποιο άλλο ραντεβού. Όχι ευχαριστώ, αφερέγγυα εταιρεία, φαντάζομαι και οι υπηρεσίες τους είναι ανάλογες.
I had made an appointment for today 11/01/16 from last week (and got my leave of absence from work) to have someone come see my problem with the pigeons. They had kept all my details, but when someone from the company did not appear at the time they were told, I called and was told that an appointment had not been made and if I would like to book another appointment. No thanks, insolvent company, I imagine and their services are commensurate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Για 10 χρόνια περίπου τους προτιμούσα χωρίς ιδιαίτερα προβλήματα.Φετος όταν τους πήρα και διαμαρτυρήθηκα για το αποτέλεσμα της απολύμανσης ήταν επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι απέναντι μου. Συγγνώμη που τόσα χρόνια ειμουνα πελάτη σας Δεν θα ξαναεπαναληφθει.
For about 10 years I preferred them without any particular problems. This year when I took them and protested about the result of the disinfection they were indulgently unacceptable towards me. Sorry I was your client for so many years It will not happen again.
