Ι	Ιωάννα Νικολάου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς την τελευταία φορά,δεν έμεινα ευχαριστημένη,το ραντεβού μου ήταν στις 7:15,περίμενα μέχρι της 8 ,όπου τελικά μια κοπέλα με ξεπέταξε στα γρήγορα με τον καθαρισμό πετσάκια κλπ, έφυγε ,σχόλασε η βάρδια της, με παράτησε , χωρίς να μου πει θα συνεχίσετε με άλλη κοπέλα ή κάτι που θα έκανε την κατάσταση λίγο πιο ευχάριστη κ μετά ήρθε άλλη κοπελίτσα(η οποία είναι γλυκύτατη να πω) να μου τελειώσει το χρώμα κλπ...κυριολεκτικά απογοήτευση την επόμενη κιόλας ημέρα ξεφλούδιζανε όλα τα νύχια ένα ένα, λυπάμαι.Δεν έχω επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους,είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα μου το έφτιαχναν δωρεάν αλλά το θέμα είναι η σωστή αντιμετώπιση απέναντι στην πελάτισσα .Ούτε ένα συγνώμη για την αναμονή τπτ.Αν η βάρδια των κοριτσιών τελείωνει στις 8 μην βάζετε ραντεβού που δεν μπορείτε να τα διαχειριστείτε σωστά!Μόνο στην κακή εικόνα επενδύεται έτσι! Με εκτίμηση Άννα! Οποια κοπέλα έμπαινε (στην ώρα του προκαθορισμένου ραντεβού της φυσικά), την ενημέρωναν ότι θα υπάρχει καθυστέρηση 1-1,5 ώρα. Η κοπέλα ήταν φιλική, αλλά δυστυχώς η δουλειά της αρκετά κακή.. χοντρά νύχια που αγκυλώναν.. Σίγουρα οφείλεται και στην πίεση χρόνου που είχε! Δεν θα το ξανά προτιμήσω φυσικά.
