BBE has consolidated experience in trading, operations, chartering, logistics, storage, refining, and financing, trading in excess of 40 million metric tonnes (MT) of crude oil, petroleum product, and gas.
BBE Renewables was established to diversify from Oil & Gas by investing and financing renewable projects. In alignment with BBE’s focus on decarbonized energy sources, a Carbon Trading desk was also created.
Founded in Lebanon in 1937, the Group originally started as a grain and asphalt trading company before entering the oil industry in 1963.
We continue to benefit from strong knowledge of the markets where we operate. This, combined with our logistics expertise and experienced traders, allows us to meet our clients’ needs with reliable and innovative solutions.
