Στις αγγελίες γράφουν : "υπάλληλοι γραφείου" και "εξυπηρέτηση πελατών" αλλά δεν υπάρχουν τμήματα εισερχόμενων κλήσεων. Όλα είναι για εξερχόμενες και τηλεπωλήσεις. Δεν ενημερώνουν από την αρχή, για το τι ζητάνε... Κουβαλάνε κόσμο στην Λεωφόρο Βουλιαγμένης, για να πλασάρουν μία θέση, διαφορετική από αυτή που έκανε αίτηση. Ανύπαρκτη οργάνωση και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Απάντηση στην απάντηση από τον "κάτοχο" : Τα σχόλιά μου βασίζονται σε πραγματικά γεγονότα. Μάλλον εσείς δεν γνωρίζετε ποιόν καλείτε για συνέντευξη και για ποια θέση. Εγώ γνωρίζω πολύ καλά για ποιά αγγελία σας έκανα αίτηση. Παρ’ όλο που προσπαθήσατε να με πείσετε ότι έκανα αίτηση για άλλη αγγελία. Το ίδιο "λάθος" έγινε και με άλλους υποψήφιους εργαζόμενους με τους οποίους συνομίλησα. Η αγγελία για «εξυπηρέτηση πελατών της wind» υπάρχει ακόμα και τώρα στο site σας. Υπάρχει ακόμα και σε sites αναζήτησης εργασίας. Την επόμενη ημέρα με καλέσατε ξανά... All their ads are about telemarketing. The ads say "office workers" and "customer service" but there are no incoming call sections. Everything is for outbound and telesales. They do not inform from the beginning, about what they are asking for ... They carry people on Vouliagmeni Avenue, in order to place a place different from the one they applied for. Non-existent organization and unprofessional behavior. Reply to reply by "owner": My comments are based on factual facts. You probably do not know who you are calling for an interview and for what position. I know very well which ad I applied for. Even though you tried to convince me that I applied for another ad. The same "mistake" was made with other prospective employees with whom I spoke. The ad for "wind customer service" still exists on your site. It even exists in job search sites. The next day you called me again ...

Ενημέρωσα ότι πλησιάζει η συνέντευξη και δεν έχω λάβει κάποιο link. Περίμενα να με καλέσουν. Η κοπέλα στο τηλεφωνικό αγενέστατα με επίπληξε, καθώς ήταν σίγουρη ότι θα με πάρουν. Να μη σας τα πολυλογώ, όπως φαινόταν όντως δεν ανταποκρίθηκε ποτέ η υπεύθυνη HR. Περίμενα μπροστά από την οθόνη μάταια. Δυστυχώς δεν έδωσα βάση εδώ στις κριτικές που είναι αληθινές. Μακριά. Εκτός από το ότι ακύρωσα ένα άλλο ραντεβού για να είμαι συνεπής απέναντι τους, τους κάλεσα δυο φορές να ρωτήσω γιατί δεν εμφανίζεται η κυρία που θα μου μιλούσε, ΔΕΝ ΥΠΉΡΞΕ ΠΟΤΕ ΑΠΟ ΤΟ ΜΕΡΟΣ ΤΟΥΣ ΟΥΤΕ ΜΙΑ ΣΥΓΝΩΜΗ για τον μη επαγγελματισμό, την χαμηλή αξία και κακή ποιότητα. Είναι απαράδεκτο εν μέσω αυτής της πρωτοφανής κρίσης να εκμεταλλεύεστε την ανάγκη του κόσμου για εργασία. Είστε απαράδεκτοι. Unacceptable. We had an appointment for a zoom interview. They changed me twice an hour. I informed that the interview is approaching and I have not received any link. I was waiting to be called. Η σύγχρονη αυτή γαλέρα με τα καλύτερα παιδιά εργαζόμενους αλλά τις χειρότερες προϊστάμενες... σκύλες...τα καημένα τα παιδιά τι τραβάνε...ας αναρωτηθούν αν θα τις άρεσε να τις φέρονται κι αυτές έτσι και να θυμηθούν από που ξεκίνησαν...εκτός κι αν πήραν τη δουλειά με δόλιους τρόπους... If it had zero I would bet. the worst company ... This modern galley with the best working children but the worst bosses ... dogs ... what do the poor kids pull ... let them wonder if they would like to be treated like that and remember where did they start ... unless they got the job in fraudulent ways ...

Αφού επικοινωνησα με ενημέρωσαν για προσφορά τηλεπικοινωνιων την οποία εξακρυβωσα με την ίδια εταιρία ότι δεν ισχύει. Δεν θέλω να ξέρω τι θα γινόταν αν τελικά έκλεινα την συμφωνία μαζί τους. Απαράδεκτο αυτό και θα έπρεπε οι εταιρίες να ελέγχουν περισσότερο σε ποιος εμπιστεύονται και αν εμπιστεύονται προσφορές για προώθηση. Το ένα αστέρι είναι πιο πολύ σαν μπόνους στην κυρία που μιλήσαμε η οποία ήταν πολύ υπομονετική και η συμπεριφορά της εξαιρετική. Δεν θέλω να ξέρω τι γίνεται εκεί μέσα! Παρόλο το άγχος και το στρες της εργασίας ένας υπεύθυνος ήταν εκεί για μένα καθώς η κοινή λογική και η υποστήριξη είναι αυτό που χαρακτηρίζει αυτή την συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση. Να προσθέσω ότι εργάστηκα σε ένα μικρό τηλεφωνικό γραφείο διπλα απο την BFS Αγίου Δημητρίου που ανήκει στην BFS και δεν έχω άποψη για το τι γίνεται στο μεγάλο γραφείο. Excellent working environment. Despite the stress and stress of work a manager was there for me as common sense and support is what characterizes this particular business.
