 Amazing service from the staff who handled our case. If all services were to operate in this way, they would also respond to telephones, which no public agency does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3-4 μέρες τώρα δεν σηκώνει κανείς το τηλέφωνο, στο ωράριο τους πάντα. Βαριούνται ή δεν είναι κανείς εκεί και πληρώνονται μόνο. Δεν πατάει κανείς στην υπηρεσία εις το όνομα του Κορονοϊού ;
For 3-4 days now no one picks up the phone, always on their schedule. They are bored or no one is there and they are only paid. Doesn't anyone step in the service in the name of the Coronavirus?

Ο υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρετησε στα έσοδα εξαιρετικός, ευγενικός ασχολήθηκε πολύ με την υπόθεση μας και τελικά λύσαμε ένα πρόβλημα που μας ταλαιπωρει αρκετο καιρό. Συγχαρητήρια και στην διευθύντρια η οποία είναι ενημερωμενη για όλα και πάνω από όλα εξυπηρετική. Όσες φορές έχει χρειαστεί να απευθυνθώ στην συγκεκριμένη υπηρεσία έχω εξυπηρετηθεί άμεσα. Συγχαρητήρια στους υπαλλήλους και στην διευθύντρια!Να σημειώσω ότι είναι από τις λίγες υπηρεσιες όπου σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο και εξυπηρετούν!
Immediate and excellent service. The employee who served me in the revenue excellent, polite dealt a lot with our case and finally we solved a problem that has been bothering us for quite some time. Congratulations to the director who is informed about everything and above all helpful. As many times as I need to contact this service I have been served immediately. Congratulations to the employees and the manager! Let me note that it is one of the few services where they pick up the phone and serve!
