Πραγματοποιήσαμε αγορά ηλιακου θερμοσίφωνα από το κατάστημα και υπήρχε βλάβη κατά την περίοδο που κάλυπτε η εγγύηση αλλά δεν ολοκληρώθηκε λόγω διακοπής συνεργασίας που είχε το κατάστημα με την εταιρια (λόγος που δεν αφορά τον πελατη). Ενώ στην αγορά μας διαβεβαίωσαν για την εγγύηση μετά απέφευγαν κάθε επικοινωνία. Δεν υπάρχει λόγος να πραγματοποιήσετε αγορές από καταστήματα που δεν σέβονται τον πελατη.
The store does not provide reliable services and products. We purchased a solar water heater from the store and was damaged during the warranty period, but was not completed due to a breakdown of the store with the company (non-customer ratio). While in the market they assured us of the guarantee after they avoided any communication. There is no reason to shop out of shops that do not respect the customer.
