★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to have a handmade costume made by backbone. They told me no problem and asked for a few more details. At some point I didn't get any reply to my email. I wrote another three replies and also again via the website form, but got no answer. It was only via Instagram that they wrote to me that there was a problem with the emails, they hadn't received any. When asked what we're doing there now, they said that they couldn't help me and I'm now without a costume. Very sad and disappointing that no reasonable solution was even sought.
