Flawless service on sale but when we needed a repair on a new suitcase with just one trip by plane they took no responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο πωλητής κατά τη διάρκεια της αγοράς ευγενέστατος. Μου είπε χαρακτηριστικά να κρατήσω την απόδειξη, έτσι ώστε αν πάθει κάτι (το τσαντάκι που αγόρασα) να αντικατασταθεί. Συγκεκριμένα σημείωσε ότι παθαίνουν ζημιά τα φερμουάρ. 6 μήνες μετά όντως χάλασε το φερμουάρ και η απάντηση της υπαλλήλου ήταν θα το στείλουμε για σέρβις και "θα δούμε" κλπ κλπ. Εννοείται ότι στο μεταξύ θα έμενα χωρίς τσαντάκι. Ψεύτες κι άρα άκυρο από εμένα προσωπικά.
The seller during the purchase very polite. He typically told me to keep the receipt so that if something goes wrong (the bag I bought) it can be replaced. Specifically, he noted that the zippers are damaged. 6 months later the zipper really broke and the employee's answer was we will send it for service and "we will see" etc etc. Of course I would be left without a bag in the meantime. Liars and therefore invalid by me personally.
