★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να ξεκαθαρίσω ότι η κριτική μου απευθύνεται για το κατάστημα που βρισκεται στο one salonica. Το κατάστημα διαθέτει 2 πωλητές, οι οποίοι και οι δύο ήταν δεν θα πω αγενείς αλλά σίγουρα δεν ήταν πωλητές. Όταν μπήκα στο κατάστημα μιλούσαν οι δύο τους ήρθε η κυρία και έκανε έλεγχο το πιστοποιητικό μου , της ζήτησα μια μαύρη τσαντα και μου λέει κατά λέξη εδώ είναι και σηκώνεται και φεύγει για βα συνεχίσει την κουβέντα τους. Αφού διάλεξα την τσάντα την πήγα στο ταμείο και περίμενα και ένα αγενέστατο υφος μου είπε περάστε από μπροστά , πηγαίνω σαν καλό κορίτσι και απομακρυνομαι από το ταμείο και πάει να μου δώσει τη σακούλα με δύο δάχτυλα!!! ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΗ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΙΦΟΡΆ
Let me clarify that my review is for the store located in one salonica. The store has 2 sellers, both of whom were not rude but certainly not sellers. When I entered the store, the two of them were talking, the lady came and checked my certificate, I asked her for a black bag and she literally tells me that she is here and she gets up and leaves to continue their conversation. After I chose the bag I went to the cash register and waited and a rude style told me to go ahead, I go like a good girl and I leave the cash register and he goes to give me the bag with two fingers !!! UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a BG Berlin cabin bag during sales. The model that is at the shop gallery and which i bought is Zip2, 3 years warranty, 4 single wheels, non expandable.
I would like to warn customers for a very bad practice i experienced in this shop. After i chose the zip2 model i asked, out of curiosity the employee why this model doesn't have 4 double-wheels instead of single ones. She answered that blue color of the same model back in their storage room has double wheels, which was quite strange. I asked to see it, and to my surprise, the one inside their storage room is exactly the same model but has 4 double-wheels, expandable and 5 years warranty!!! with exactly the same price of 88.8 euros. They just had the previous year model at the gallery to get rid off while keeping the newer model inside and both had the same price.
I bought many bags from this shop and i like their choice of product brands and quality but this was quite a bad experience.
