Very good shop with a great variety of travel items and sports bags as well as for laptops. Very good discounts. Helpful and polite lady who was alone there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rude woman at till. I walked in and noticed the shop has good brands and interesting luggage. Within 2 minutes I found what I was looking for.
The staff lady was attending to another customer so I waited. It was a couple of minutes waiting (social distance) so instead of waiting near the till I decided to look at the products in this small store.
The woman came over to me looking in a draw nearby and said very sternly “are you looking for something because I am closing!”
Her tone of voice was rude.
I replied that I was waiting for her to finish with the customer before me first.
She commanded that I come to the till.
When I got to the till the customer was still there and she rung up my item and told me the amount for payment.
I told her it’s Covid and I did not feel safe to stand next to the customer by the till and also her. The customer politely stepped away so I could pay.
In a global pandemic within a country that’s struggling economically it is shocking that many people with jobs are ungrateful about their job and make it worse by being rude to customers.
