★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good spice and herb shop in Athens. Variety of local seasonings were sold at affordable price. Staff speak English well. I think to buy herbs at this shop is much better than shops in the central market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to buy unpacked spices, herbs, grains, dried delicacies and much more. Has the vibe of an old apothecary shop. Fair prices as well. On the downside the place can be overwhelmingly packed with products and customers, but hey... that means they are doing something right!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best place to find any spices and herbs in Athens. Be prepared though. Usually there is a quite long queue. It is noteworthy though that there other shops (one is across the street not more than 30 ft, however, this place is unique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One historical place with all sorts of popular and rare herbs and spices. As well as a big variety of dried mushrooms and serials etc.
When walking by this part of Athens - the central market - make sure you find some time to stop by and smell the herbs. On Saturdays the place had a queue at the cashiers but other than that it is certainly worth visiting.
