★ ★ ★ ★ ★ η αλήθεια είναι πως από τον συγκεκριμένο φούρνο έχουμε αγοράσει μόνο ψωμί, το οποίο και ήταν εξαιρετικό! ένα καλοψημένος ψωμί με προζύμι. θα βάλω 5* όταν θα δοκιμάσω και τα υπόλοιπα προϊόντα του φούρνου, εφόσον μου αρέσουν εννοείται.... μέχρι στιγμής 4*
The truth is that from this particular oven we have bought only bread, which was excellent! a well-baked bread with yeast. I will put 5 * when I try the other products of the oven, if I like them of course .... so far 4 *

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ τα καλύτερα τσουρέκια και εξαιρετικά κουρού με υλικά που ξεχωρίζουν στη γεύση, όποτε βρεθώ Σερρες κάνω μια στάση . Το ψωμί από το ξυλοφουρνο αρκετά καλό , θα το ήθελα με πιο εντονη γεύση του προζυμιού αλλά γούστα είναι αυτα
