The fact that you may try each and every one of them in order to decide is just great. We bought more than ten different products and enjoyed them all. Our favourite was 'kritsinia fagopyro', absolutely delicious!

The girl in the front line (the brunette one with the glasses) is getting nervious all the time and she talks to you so rude and with non well manners... Tip: try to ask for the exact thing you want, or the waitress is going to yell: I asked you, you told me, I said...!! You can’t talk to your customers like that!! Oh, and when you leave the shop she laughs at you and talk about you with her colleagues and with other greek customers... Non acceptable! Girl! If you don’t like to work and deal with tourists from all around the world, look for another job!! The people is trying their best speaking in english.. oh, and try to understand that there aren’t only two ways to make coffee... There are plenty of them! Well located and good terrace though!

We also loaded the car with the bio-baked goods (paksimadia etc) everything was amazing! The service was not very keen to help but I can understand that people are not robots and not at their 100% at all times. (Specially on the low - grim winter season). If you visit Sfakia, come here for a wonderful Cretan bakery experience!

Everything we ate there was tasty and the size of the portions were really good. We nevertheless had the feeling that we were not really welcome and I personally was always happy when our orders were placed and we could start enjoying our meals at our table. I believe good food has to go hand in hand with a friendly and cheerful customer service.
