★ ★ ★ ★ ★ not even one from staff is wearing a facemask to cover not only their mouth but the nose as well, and no one stopped costumes from entering without their facemasks or asked from them to wear them correctly. finally, no one respected the limit of costumers entering all at the same time according to their square metres. people were queuing outside only because everyone knows we must avoid overcrowding but personel did nothing to correct any possible overcrowding inside. it is sad because the food we taste is good and with average to good quality. but we need everything to be really carefully sterilised to the maximum possible level and while shopping inside not trying to find a spot without people breathing without protection so close to us and above all the personnel to give the first example, especially under this covid19 period

no costumer respect! desserts are almost every time I tried eye-catching but this is it. their quality and freshness are faraway from this conversation..... very disappointing and makes you at least..angry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fresh and taste bakery goods. Coffee is good as well. Sandwiches with fresh indgridents are delicious, good to start a day. Also the pizza looking product on thin crust is delicious. Definitely worth of visiting and buying here every day breakfast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly: Some reviews talk about the staff not wearing masks. On our three visits they were wearing masks and gloves evey time.
Every pastry we tried at this bakery was an absolute delight. My wife and I were blown away by the variety of sweets and the taste of each one. In total we had a total of eight different items and each one was the best version of the same pastry I have had back at home in the USA or was something new and delicious. We highly recommend the detour from city center to sample the baked goods at this shop.
On a side note the laddies working there have very limited English speaking ability but they were sweet enough to play charades with us until We we're able to determine what was in each pastry.
