Είναι πάντα εκεί σε κάθε προπόνηση δίπλα σου πρόθυμοι να διορθώσουν, να δείξουν, να προτείνουν και να ενθαρρύνουν κάθε σου προσπάθεια! Πρωτοπορούν σε ιδέες και προγράμματα και δεν εφησυχάζουν ποτέ! The best choice ever!!!
A wonderful place meticulous in every detail! The children, Thanos and Costas, are excellent professionals and connoisseurs of their subject! They are always there in every training session next to you, willing to correct, show, suggest and encourage your every effort! They pioneer ideas and programs and are never complacent! The best choice ever !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καταπληκτικός χώρος προπόνησης και γυμναστικής , με ΥΠΕΡΟΧΟΥΣ γυμναστές! Για πρώτη φορά γυμναστική για αθλητές (συγχαρητήρια για την ιδέα) !!! Προγράμματα μικρών γκρουπ που σε κανουν να νιώθεις ότι ο γυμναστής είναι πλεον personal trainer για σένα και όχι ομαδικό πρόγραμμα. Θάνο, Κώστα, Τατιάνα, Χριστίνα συγχαρητήρια!!!
Great training and fitness area, with great trainers! For the first time gym for athletes (congratulations on the idea) !!! Small group programs that make you feel like the trainer is a personal trainer for you rather than a team program. Thanos, Kostas, Tatiana, Christina congratulations !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το καλύτερο γυμναστήριο!!! Υπέροχοι, καταπληκτικοί γυμναστες με αστείρευτη όρεξη και διάθεση . Ενα γυμναστήριο με απιθανα προγραμματα γυμναστικής που σε κάνουν να θέλεις να γίνεσαι ολο και καλύτερος. Το balance έχει καταφέρει να φτιάξει την καλύτερη παρέα με άτομα που αγαπούν τη γυμναστική. Το αγαπώ αυτό το γυμναστήριο. Δεν υπάρχει όμοιο του σε καμία άλλη πόλη της Ελλάδας.
The best gym !!! Wonderful, amazing gymnasts with endless appetite and mood. A gym with amazing fitness programs that make you want to get better and better. Balance has managed to make the best company with people who love gymnastics. I love this gym. There is no one like him in any other city in Greece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απίστευτοι άνθρωποι με όρεξη και ζωντάνια να σε βοηθήσουν και να ασχοληθούν πραγματικά ανεξαρτήτως της κούρασης τους και αυτό μπορούν να το εγγυηθούν όλοι όσοι περνούν ένα κομμάτι της ημέρας τους με αυτούς τους επαγγελματίες . Πίσω από αυτό το γυμναστήριο κρύβονται πολλές ώρες ασχολίας και κούρασης όχι μόνο στο κομμάτι της προπόνησης ,το οποίο δεν πιάνεται , αλλά και στο κομμάτι της βελτίωσης των υποδομών εκγύμνασης, γιατί πραγματικά η εμμονή τους για το καλύτερο είναι χαρακτηριστική. Κάπου εδώ δεν υπάρχουν άλλα λόγια για να περιγράψω τον κύριο Θάνο !!!

Behind this gym are hidden many hours of busyness and fatigue not only in the part of training, which is not caught, but also in the part of improving the training infrastructure, because their obsession for the best is really characteristic.
