S	S C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is brand new, we have been upgraded with jacuzzi inside our room, for free. And a nice cretan breakfast. People are very nice and available, with lots of good suggestions for trips. Hotel has free bicycle service which is very useful to get to the beaches.
E	Eric G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new and modern hotel. Much nicer interior than many of the others in Chania. Hotel is around a 10 min walk from the old town and around a 6 min walk to the beach. So a great location for reaching the main tourist attractions of Chania. Room was cleaned daily by a lovely polite lady. Georgia on reception went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. She gave recommendations and even delivered fruit and some desserts to our room during our stay. Pictures of the hotel are exactly what you get. Would recommend staying here if you aren't concerned about having a view. Good value for money too.

I will come back to Chania just for the chance to stay here again. Special shootout for Georgia for making our stay extra special.

Definitely grab a room with a balcony to sit outside when it's hot. My partner and I have never been to Crete and it was a real pleasure staying here. Would recommend to anyone.
F	Florian Urban on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Balance hotel is absolutely amazing. The entire staff is very friendly and hospitable. We have got very tasty and local food as breakfast. And they varied the breakfast each morning. I still miss those delicious Dakos :) One day we went to Samaria Gorge early in the morning and Georgia prepared a huge lunch box for us which was so nice and friendly - thank you so much again :) The location of the Balance hotel is perfect, 5 min away from the beach and 5 min away from the old town. All in all, the Balance hotel exceeded our expectations! I would definitely recommend this hotel. If Google allows 10 stars to review, we would also give 10 stars for the Balance hotel!

Also the Italian girl that helped her was very friendly. The room was perfect, jacuzzi, big bed, great toilet and terrace. Everything super clean and they provided great coffee that they filled every single day. Strongly appreciated that The location was very good. With parking. Within 10m on foot from the city center which made it easy for a visit. It's actually a great idea not to have a hotel in the old town since it's not possible to park. It was cheap for what we had and we will recommend it. We had a great sleep and bed was so comfy

The manager, Georgia, was amazing - so helpful and gave us lots of brilliant suggestions for sights, bars, restaurants and beaches 3. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant, one of the better breakfasts we've had in Crete. Also very filling with a real mix of food - you wouldn't need lunch afterwards! 4. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom is super modern 4. Location is superb for all parts of Chania

The jacuzzi tub was just fantastic. Walking distance to anything you’d need for your stay. My only complaint is that I was unable to stay a few more nights. Thank you Balance hotel. Five stars well deserved.
