WHO WE ARE

The origins of Balaskas Company can be traced back to 1980 when the founder Ioannis Balaskas began working in the agency of “Baudouin Moteurs” in Greece after ten years of experience onboard/at sea as a chief engineer in major shipping companies.

The year 1986 constituted a landmark in the history of our Company as Ioannis Balaskas and his colleague Petros Zouganelis took the decision to run their own business with the contribution and encouragement of the agency.

As “Baudouin Moteurs” became more well known in Greece, our operations expanded gradually. Panos Zouganelis started to work with us, as an engineer and continue to be a member of our team up to now with great success. Our team has all the necessary skills, technical expertise, and equipment to be reliable spare parts and technical support providers that could solve any problem that our customers face. Nowadays, Michael Balaskas who is John’s son is the new owner and our team is further enhanced with his solid economic background.

Balaskas Company by developing close cooperation with the news agency of “Baudouin Moteurs” in Greece and the factory of “Baudouin Moteurs” in France, we offer all the original spare parts as soon as possible directly from the factory and immediate and effective service solutions for all types of “Baudouin Moteurs” covered by all necessary warranties.
