★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το χταπόδι "μερίδα" λάστιχο των 13€ ήρθε καμένο όπως και η σφακιανή πίτα με χόρτα ειδικά στην κάτω πλευρά. Σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με υπάλληλο του καταστήματος μας για επιστροφή αυτών και αλλαγή με κάτι άλλο που να τρώγεται, είπε ότι θα το αναφέρει στην υπεύθυνη και θα με καλέσει εκείνη. Ακόμα περιμένω...
Απάντηση στο σχόλιο του καταστήματος:
Η πραγματικότητα είναι ότι τα φαγητά που παρήγγειλα ήρθαν καμμένα όπως ακριβώς φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες και ότι ακόμα και μετά από 24 ώρες δεν είχατε την ευθιξία να επικοινωνήσετε ακόμα ενώ έχετε το τηλεφωνο. Αυτό λέει πολλά για το ότι δεν σας ενδιαφέρει ο πελάτης αλλά μόνο πως θα "αρπάξετε" τα χρήματα. Όλα τα άλλα που γράφετε είναι για να αποπροσανατολίσετε και άνευ ουσίας.
The octopus "portion" rubber of 13 € came burnt as well as the Sfakian pie with greens especially on the underside. The reality is that the food I ordered came burnt exactly as shown in the photos and that even after 24 hours you did not have the guts to communicate while still on the phone. This says a lot about the fact that you are not interested in the customer but only how you will "grab" the money. Everything else you write is to disorient and without substance.
