Ας τα πάρω από την αρχή. Προχθές, μεταξύ άλλων, αγόρασα και τα αγαπημένα μου καρύδια πεκάν, όταν τα δοκιμάσα το βράδυ, άφηναν μια αίσθηση μπαγιατίλας, λες και είχαν μείνει στο ράφι αρκετό καιρό και είχαν μαλακώσει και έχασαν μέρος της ιδιαίτερης γεύσης τους. Σκέφτηκα, να μοιραστώ αυτή την εντύπωση με τους ανθρώπους στο κατάστημα. Η μόνη τους αντίδραση ήταν να προσπαθήσουν να με πείσουν ότι έχω άδικο και ότι προφανώς έχω άγνοια για τον συγκεκριμένο ξηρό καρπό. Μου έκανε εντύπωση ότι η δυσαρέσκειά μου απέναντι σε ένα από τα "premium" προϊόντα που εμπορεύονται, 23 ευρώ/κιλό, δεν τους άγγιξε, αντίθετα ένιωσα ότι τους καθυστερούσα άσκοπα, ενώ μπορούσαν να κάνουν μία ακόμα πώληση. Ανεξαρτήτως αν πιστεύω ότι έχω δίκιο ή όχι, θα περίμενα μία πιο πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση απέναντι στον ευγενικό και πιστό πελάτη που δεν έμεινε ικανοποιημένος από μία του αγορά, έστω κι αν πίστευαν ότι είχα άδικο. Καλώς ή κακώς, μεταπωλούν "γεύση" και εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης. The day before yesterday, among other things, I bought my favorite pecan nuts, when I tried them at night, they left a stale feeling, as if they had been left on the shelf for a long time and had softened and lost part of their special taste. I thought, to share this impression with the people in the store. Their only reaction was to try to convince me that I was wrong and that I was obviously unaware of this particular nut. I was impressed that my dissatisfaction with one of the "premium" products they trade, 23 euros / kg, did not touch them, instead I felt that I was delaying them unnecessarily, while they could make another sale. Whether I think I'm right or not, I would expect a more customer - centric approach to a polite and loyal customer who was not satisfied with one of his purchases, even if they thought I was wrong. For better or worse, they resell "taste" and service experience.
