A	Athina Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκεφτηκαμε το εν λόγω κατάστημα γιατί είχε πρόβλημα η πετουγια από πόρτα που είχε αγοραστεί προ πενταετίας. Μας συνέστησαν να αντικαταστήσουμε τον ομφαλό της κλειδαριάς (κόστος 80 ευρώ) για να αποκατασταθεί το πρόβλημα, κάτι το οποίο δεν έγινε. Πηγαίνοντας εκ νέου στο κατάστημα , μας είπαν ότι έπρεπε να αλλάξουμε όλη την κλειδαριά η οποία κοστίζει 250 € και μας κατηγόρησαν ότι μας το είχαν πει εξαρχής αλλά εμείς για να γλιτώσουμε χρήματα επιλέξαμε να αλλάξουμε το κλειδί!!! Εν τέλει, φάνηκε από τον αγενεστατο τρόπο που μας μιλούσαν ότι είχαν την πλήρη κάλυψη της εταιρείας και ότι η παραπλάνηση των πελατών είναι πολιτική της εταιρείας. We visited this store because there was a problem with the doorknob that was bought five years ago. We were advised to replace the navel of the lock (cost 80 euros) to fix the problem, which did not happen. Going to the store again, they told us that we had to change the whole lock which costs 250 € and they accused us that we had been told from the beginning but to save money we chose to change the key !!! In the end, it was clear from the rude way they told us that they had full coverage of the company and that misleading customers is the company's policy.

Αρνηθικαν ακομα και να ελθουν να ελενξουν ενα ελατομα στην κασα πορτας τοποθετημενης πριν απο πεντε ημερες κε το οποιο μπορουσε να λυθη ευκολα προβαλοντας διαφορες δικαιολογιες. Εαν ανακαλιπσετε καπιο προβλημα μετα την πληρομη το καλιτερο που μπορειτε να περιμενεται ειναι να σας απαντισουν στο τηλεφωνο. Incredible arrogance. Χάλασε η μια κλειδαριά απο τις 2 που έχει , άμεσα ραντεβού για αλλαγή . ο συνεργάτης που έκανε την αλλαγή άψογος , άνοιξε τη πόρτα έκανε την αλλαγή χωρίς κανένα σημάδι στη κάσα και άφησε τον χώρο όπως ήταν (καθαρός) 15-year-old door, still impeccable.
