p	panos andre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πάω στον υποδιεύθυνση τής τράπεζας καί ζητάω νά με εξυπηρετήσει επειδή είναι 3-4 μέρες που έβαλα μπαλονάκια καί δεν μπορώ νά περιμένω άλλες δύο ώρες καί αν προλάβω να κάνω ανάληψης 40€ για τά φάρμακα τα οποία δεν έχω πάρει ακόμα,τα ταμεία 2 καί μόνο τό ένα προχωράει.. τού λέω έχω αριθμό 301 από τίς 9 το πρωί καί είναι 1 ώρα τό μεσημέρι και πρέπει να πάρω φάρμακα.ειμαι φρέσκος από χειρουργείο και είναι η τρίτη μέρα που έρχομαι, σχεδόν έκλαψα η απάντηση του ήταν ΔΕΝ ΜΕ ΝΟΙΑΖΕΙ ΚΎΡΙΕ ΝΆ ΠΆΤΕ ΣΤΗΝ ΟΥΡΑ.. ΕΘΝΙΚΉ η χειρότερη τράπεζα με την χειρότερη διεύθυνση... ΑΥΤΉ ΕΊΝΑΙ Η ΕΜΠΕΙΡΊΑ ΜΟΥ... ΕΊΜΑΙ ΤΥΧΕΡΌΣ ΠΟΥ ΖΩ ΜΕΤΆ ΑΠΌ ΑΥΤΉ ΤΗΝ ΤΑΛΑΙΠΩΡΊΑ..ΑΠΟ ΔΕΥΤΈΡΑ ΠΡΟΧΩΡΆΜΕ ΣΕ ΜΉΝΥΣΗ. Τωρα βλέπω την καινούρια καρτα που έχασαν αυτοί ή η ΕΛΤΑ μου την χρέωσαν. I took a debit card, never reached me. Πήγα να πάρω ένα έγγραφο στο όνομα κάποιου φίλου μου με εξουσιοδότηση θεωρημένη για το γνήσιο της υπογραφής του και η υπάλληλος μου είπε πως δεν ισχύει γιατί έχουν περάσει 3 ημέρες !!! από την ημερομηνία υπογραφής της εξουσιοδότησης και μπορεί να έχει πεθάνει ο υπογράφων-εξουσιοδοτών. Απίθανο ε; Κι΄όμως αληθινό. Όλοι οι υπάλληλοι εντελώς ανάγωγοι και μουτρωμένοι. Το ένα αστεράκι είναι επειδή δεν υπάρχει επιλογή χωρίς αστεράκι ή επιλογή μούντζας. Αγενέστατη, τα έλεγε απο μέσα της με αποτέλεσμα να μην ακούγεται και ήταν απελπιστικά αγενείς απέναντι σε μια γριούλα που δεν τα ήξερε και τόσο καλά.
