a	aimy nair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason I gave 3* is the food was really nice and reasonable prices but the service is awful! They took 20 minutes to give the wine and that was after asking 3 different people. The waiters are really unnatentive and even when called they ignore you.

The waiter tried to add extra cost to pay for forks and knives we used. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We only ate here because we were hungry, they took 20 mins to bring our wine. And none of the waiters speak english even though it's a tourist area because of beach. The food was mediocre at best. The staff took over an hour to give food and was rude about it and it was very hard to get their attention as they looked at you and walked away even though they heard you. Unbelievably rude !!! Avoid at any cost !!!!

Every meal came alone at 5-10min difference and they did not ask who serves the dish but instead left it on the middle of the table. Value for money is definitely not worth it. I do not recommend this place.
L	Laufer Bari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barba Yioryis is a typical Greek tavern. Not so fancy, but clean and simple, with good and tasty food. The staff are good and polite, even if when we came back, the second time, they left us with all the empty plates on table, and it wasn't because they were busy, or the tips, just happened! But, despite the situation, the food is very good! The grilled octopus is one of the best ever, even is frozen (is written on the menu) is delightful cooked. The mussels are delicios, and even the pork is top notch! Maybe you're right, the prices are a little bit up, but if the food is good and correctly cooked I don't mind. I will come back here, even if is not so fancy and so cheap. I like the place, I like their food! Thanks, guys!
L	Levente Jozsa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great but DOUBLE CHECK THE BILL! They tried to add an extra 5EUR, just for the fun of it. When asked about the extra charge, they acted confused. How convenient. Portion size is also small, compared to 2021.

Unfortunately the price is higher and portions smaller this year. Nevertheless, the worst part was not this, but the fact they wrote on our bill with their pen that costs 5 euros more than what was written on the second bill with the actual price of what we ordered. It's a funny trick for those who only check first bill which they put in top of the other one. Careful when paying !!! They try to charge you more. AHH, and we ordered a salat which costs 9 euros. We asked if possible to drizzle a bit of olive oil instead of vinegar and they brought a very small bottle of olive oil which was 1 euro on top . For a 9 euro salad, you should at least make the effort to drizzle a bit of oil without charging extra on olive oil... yes, very disappointing compared to last year. There are better tavernas with better prices and much tastier food. Totally overpriced.
