V	V Kikidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εταιρεια. Κακοστημενο site. Εκανα 45λεπτα να κανω παραγγελια στο site τους. Ακυρωνε τις παραγγελιες στο τελος με καρτα. Τελικα εκανα με καταθεση απαντωντας στο email της εταιρειας με τις ακυρωθεν παραγγελιες κανοντας κριτικη για το κακοστημενο site. Ο υπευθυνος δειχνοντας την εμπαθεια του μου ειπε ο εκανα λαθος τη ΔΟΥ απο αγνοια ομως γιατι ηταν σωστη. Τελικα δειχνοντας το κομπλεξ του ακυρωσε την παραγγελια. Ειναι προφανως οτι δεν θελουν πελατες. Εταιρεια της πλακας. Unacceptable company. Bad site. I took 45 minutes to place an order on their site. Cancel orders at the end with a card. Finally I made a deposit responding to the company's email with the canceled orders criticizing the bad site. The person in charge, showing his empathy, told me that I made a mistake at the Tax Office out of ignorance, but because it was correct. Finally, showing his complex, he canceled the order. It is obvious that they do not want customers. Plaque company.

J	John K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Προσωπικά εχω μείνει πολυ ευχαριστημένος απο το κατάστημα με αγορά μηχανών espresso και αξεσουάρ. Μάλιστα ήθελα να γίνει μια παραγγελία βιαστικά για να προλάβω καποιες ημερομηνίες και είχα υποστήριξη η οποία απέδωσε. Το προτείνω τουλάχιστον για αγορα μηχανων/αξεσουάρ, τωρα για service που διαβαζω αρνητικά σχόλια, δεν ξέρω, δεν το εχω δοκιμάσει. Personally, I am very happy with the store with the purchase of espresso machines and accessories. In fact, I wanted to place an order in a hurry to catch some dates and I had support which paid off. I recommend it at least for the purchase of machines / accessories, now for service I read negative comments, I do not know, I have not tried it.

Όσον αφορά το φυσικό κατάστημα έχω πέσει σε δυο διαφορετικούς υπαλλήλους εκ των οποίων κανεις δεν ήταν γνωστης επι της ουσίας. Η καταρτιση των παιδιών που είναι στο κατάστημα είναι γυρω από τα βασικά. Είναι επίσης αντιπρόσωποι κάποιων από τις top εταιρίες μηχανών καφέ όπως η lelit που έχω πάρει δυο, ωστόσο προβληματικοί όσον αφορά την επικοινωνία αν σου τυχει κάτι. Δεν είναι ότι δεν θα σε καλύψουν στα πλαίσια της εγγύησης, είναι αξιόπιστοι, αλλά τρομερά δυσκίνητοι και busy και πρέπει να φορτιστείς με πολύ υπομονη αν μπεις στη διαδικασία επισκευής κλπ. Good eshop with variety but not the best prices. As far as the physical store is concerned, I have come across two different employees, none of whom were aware of the substance. The training of the children who are in the store is around the basics. They are also representatives of some of the top coffee machine companies like lelit that I have taken two, however problematic in terms of communication if something happens to you. It is not that they will not cover you under the warranty, they are reliable, but very cumbersome and busy and you have to be charged with a lot of patience if you enter the repair process etc.

T	Tokyo Nikolaos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Rocket Mozzafiato espresso machine, a grinder plus accessories from this shop in 2020. I spent over €2000. Before the sale there was good communication with the owner. However, since then, service has been unacceptable. First, the Greek VAT exemption papers that I need to get a tax refund when I export the machine, were never produced, as were promised. Recently the machine broke and needs a spare part. When my repeated inquiries were finally answered I was told the part needs to be ordered and would be available in 2 weeks. Now I have been waiting 8 weeks, there are no updates, and the owner does not reply to emails or even pick up the phone or return my calls. I have had to order the spare part from another shop, after 2 months of my time has been WASTED waiting for nothing. Although the shop has a good selection of machines, the owner of this business isn't serious and doesn't care about customer service. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.
