Με πήραν τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι η εταιρία είναι κλειστή λόγω καλοκαιριού και θα καθυστερήσουν να το στείλουν, λέω οκ δεν πειράζει. Κάποια στιγμή σώνουν και το στέλνουν, το παραλαμβάνω και έχουν στείλει άλλο προιόν. Ίδια κούπα άλλο χρώμα. Αυτά όλα είναι καταχωρημένα με κωδικούς οπότε δεν μπορώ να δεχτώ ότι έγινε κατά λάθος όπως ισχυρίστηκαν. Δεν είχαν αυτό που ήθελα και για να μη χάσουν την πώληση έστειλαν ένα παρεμφερές προϊόν πιστεύοντας ότι δε θα ασχοληθώ περαιτέρω. Εννοείται ότι δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση να αποδεχτώ κάτι που είναι διαφορετικό από αυτό που παρήγγειλα και τους έστειλα email ότι ή θα στείλουν αυτό που ζήτησα ή θα στείλουν κουριερ να το παραλάβει και θα επιστρέψουν το ποσό. Με πήραν τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν ότι θα κάνουν επιστροφή. Ζήτησα να μου πουν πότε θα έρθει ο κούριερ (δε σκοπευω να μεινω 2 μέρες μέσα να τον περιμένω) Μου είπαν ότι συνεννοήθηκαν με την ACS και θα έρθει την ΕΠΟΜΕΝΗ μέρα μέσα σε ένα συγκεκριμένο δίωρο. Τελικά χτυπάει το κουδούνι την ΙΔΙΑ μέρα μέσα στο μεσημέρι και εννοείται οτι το πακέτο δεν ήταν έτοιμο, δεν το είχα κλείσει γιατί είχαμε συνεννοηθεί διαφορετικά οπότε δημιουργήθηκε χάος και καθυστέρηση. Ασυνεννόητοι επομένως, και με τον εαυτό τους -τι έχουν, τι πουλάνε- και με αυτους που επιλέγουν να συνεργαστούν με αποτέλεσμα την άσκοπη ταλαιπωρία του πελάτη. I ordered a reusable glass freddo mug. They called me and told me that the company is closed due to summer and they will be late to send it, I say ok it does not matter. Απο τις δυο προτιμώ για τα δικα μου γούστα τον classico μιαςκαι ειναι πιο γευστικός και σχετικά βαρύς. Και οι δυο κανουν ωραίο καϊμάκι. Για τα λεφτά τους ειναι πολύ καλοί και θα παραγγείλω ποσότητα να εχω μιας και στην δουλειά πίνω αρκετούς. Το ενα αστερι το χάνει γιατί ενω εκανα την παραγγελία Δευτέρα και πλήρωσα αμεσως μεσω PayPal, δεν ειχαν ελέγξει την πληρωμή ωστε να προχωρήσουν στην αποστολή και έπρεπε μετα απο 4 μερες να τους στειλω μειλ ωστε να το δουν. Θελω να πιστεύω οτι ηταν ενα ατυχές συμβάν I ordered to try capsules for Nespresso machine, italiano and classico because as a price it was great.
