Flawless service ... they are very good people and kind ... it is the only coffee I trust now because I know what happened in this shop and their cleanliness is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έμεινα πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη... πολύ ευγενική παρουσία των ανθρώπων που εργαζόντουσαν εκεί ξεκινώντας από τους ιδιοκτήτες του καταστήματος και τελειώνοντας το εργαζόμενο προσωπικό. Πολύ καλή ποιότητα καφέ και όλα τα είδη ροφημάτων και επίσης πολύ καλή ποιότητα σε ότι αφορά το φαγητό
I was very happy ... very kind presence of the people who worked there, starting with the owners of the store and ending with the working staff. Very good quality coffee and all kinds of drinks and also very good quality in terms of food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Παρήγγειλα Fredo cappuccino latte. Μου έκαναν Fredo espresso late, ενημέρωσα πως δεν είναι ο σωστός καφές και ο κύριος που ήταν εκεί άρχισε να το παίζει εξυπνάδα και να μου λέει είμαι 20 χρόνο στο χώρο αυτό είναι που παρήγγειλες. Του λέω ωραία που είναι το αφρογαλο; Μου λέει αυτό είναι άλλο . Του λέω μα αυτό παρήγγειλα και μετά μμ ου έφερνε καφέδες στο τραπέζι και με ρωτούσε " ωραία αυτός τι είναι;" Άσχετοι, αγενείς και με κανέναν επαγγελματισμό . Mε ανάγκασε να παρατήσω τον καφέ και να φύγω , παρότι πλήρωσα κιόλας , γιατί ένιωθα πως με ενοχλούσε. Και καφέ δεν ήπια και υπέστησα όλο αυτό. Κάπου ώπα δηλαδή, θα μου μάθει τι πίνω.
Unacceptable service. I ordered Fredo cappuccino latte. They made me Fredo espresso late, I informed that it is not the right coffee and the gentleman who was there started playing it smartly and telling me I have been in this place for 20 years, this is what you ordered. I tell him nicely where is the frothed milk? He tells me this is different. I tell him but I ordered this and then he would bring me coffee on the table and he would ask me "okay, what is he?" Irrelevant, rude and with no professionalism. He forced me to give up coffee and leave, even though I already paid, because I felt he was bothering me. And coffee I did not drink and I suffered all that. Somewhere oops that is, he will teach me what I drink.
