★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απολυτως καμία εξυπηρέτηση! Τους πήγα μια καινούργια ηλεκτρική σκούπα μέσα στην εγγύηση, μου χρέωσαν ένα φίλτρο και μέσα σε 2 μήνες η σκούπα σταμάτησε πάλι να λειτουργεί. Επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και μου είπαν ότι σε καμία περίπτωση δεν μου κάνουν αντικατάσταση και ότι θα πρέπει κάθε φορά που σταματάει να λειτουργεί η σκουπα να τους την πηγαίνω και να χρεώνομαι γιατί σε λίγες μέρες θα λήξει η εγγύηση και θα πληρώνω και τα ανταλλακτικά και την υπηρεσία τους!
Absolutely no service! I bought them a new vacuum cleaner under warranty, they charged me a filter and within 2 months the vacuum cleaner stopped working again. I contacted them and they told me that in no case do they replace me and that every time the broom stops working I should go to them and be charged because in a few days the warranty will expire and I will pay for the spare parts and the service their!
