I ordered wallets and while the description says "Leather Women's Wallet" the wallets say "made in china" and it is cheap leather.

Οι υπάλληλοι ευγενέστατοι. Εάν παραγγείλεις ηλεκτρονικά και εγγραφείς στο newsletter κερδίζεις ένα 10% έκπτωση στην πρώτη σου αγορά. The exhibition space is huge. You can find whatever bag you want, women's, men's, professional and school. Wide range also in travel suitcases. The employees are very kind. If you order online and subscribe to the newsletter you get a 10% discount on your first purchase.

Από πλευράς προϊόντων, το ένα πορτοφόλι για κέρματα με κωδικό του καταστήματος 171-3865-brown, για την τιμή τον δέκα ευρώ, καλή ποιότητα κατασκευής, πρακτικό και βάζεις (χωράει) πολλά κέρματα χωρίς να φουσκώνει ο όγκος του. Επίσης έχει και το δικό του κουτί συσκευασίας. Το άλλο πορτοφόλι για κέρματα με κωδικό καταστήματος 312-24-black στην τιμή των έξι ευρώ, μείνατε μακριά. Με το που άνοιξα το φερμουάρ για να βάλω κέρματα, ξεκόλλησε το εσωτερικό (η φόδρα) του πορτοφολιου. Αν και μου είχανε χαρτί για επιστροφές να συμπληρώσεις, για μένα δεν αξίζει να ασχοληθείς από πλευράς χρόνου, ταλαιπωρίας και τιμής που είχε. Βέβαια αν και τα δύο πορτοφόλια βγαίνανε σκάρτα, θα ασχολιομουν. Σημείωση:Όταν σας στείλουν email ότι η παραγγελία απεστάλη στην μεταφορική εταιρεία, στείλτε email να σας δώσουν το αριθμό αποστολής για να κάνετε αναζήτηση και θα σας απαντήσουν (δώσουν) άμεσα. Τα παρακάτω που σας αναφέρω είναι καινούργια ενημέρωση. Μετά από λίγες ημέρες και από ότι φαίνεται διαβάζοντας την κριτική που έγραψα ο υπεύθυνος του καταστήματος, με παίρνει τηλέφωνο και μου είπε ότι στέλνει αντικατάσταση του πορτοφολιου για κέρματα που είχε πρόβλημα, συζητώντας το πρόβλημα που είχε. Έμεινα ευχάριστα έκπληκτος γιατί δεν τους είχα τηλεφωνήσει για να τους διαμαρτυρηθώ. Αυτό δείχνει πόσο επαγγελματίες είναι και νοιάζονται για τον πελάτη. I ordered two wallet coins online. Everyone at Bartuggi was really helpful , they had a variety of products to show and really helped me find the perfect gift! Suitcases are really sturdy on top of their beautiful and ergonomic design. Highly recommend!! The leather handbag is probably my favorite bag of all time, quality wise aside (10/10), so elegant, timeless design. Side note: Customer service was excellent, products arrived earlier than anticipated plus just a brief conversation over some technicalities over the phone left me with a smile on my face.
