Πήγα για rapid test και ρώτησα πριν το κάνω για την διαφορά με το self test καθώς με ενδιέφερε η εγκυρότητα του αποτελέσματος εφόσον έχω έρθει σε άμεση επαφή με κρούσμα, χωρίς να πάρω απάντηση. Εφόσον, η διαδικασία τελείωσε επανέλαβα την ερώτηση και η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν υπάρχει καμία διαφορά απλά το self test δεν μπορεί να δηλωθεί στον gov. Όντας εμβολιασμένη και προσεκτική δεν όφειλα να γνωρίζω τις διαφορές και γ αυτό έκανα την ερώτηση εκεί που θα έπρεπε να γνωρίζουν. Το να χάνετε 10€ προφανώς έχει μεγαλύτερη αξία από την εξυπηρέτηση που μπορείτε να παρέχετε
Unacceptable service! I went for a rapid test and asked before doing it about the difference with the self test as I was interested in the validity of the result since I have been in direct contact with a case, without getting an answer. Once the process was over I repeated the question and the answer was that there is no difference just the self test can not be declared to gov. Being vaccinated and careful I did not have to know the differences and so I asked the question where they should know. Losing € 10 obviously has more value than the service you can provide

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε και έκτο αστέρι θα το έβαζα, δεν μπορούσα να μεταβώ στο φαρμακείο λόγω εγχείρησης και μου έφεραν τις απαραίτητες ενέσεις στο σπίτι χωρίς δεύτερη συζήτηση!!! Και ακριβώς την ώρα που μου είχαν πει!
If there was a sixth star I would put it, I could not go to the pharmacy due to surgery and they brought me the necessary injections at home without a second discussion !!! And just when I was told!
