 while I was ordering for my space and paying for shipping - they called me to go 25 kilometers closer to meet them. their transport network just a joke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παρήγγειλα κάποια πράγματα που χρειαζόμουν για να κάνω το σαλόνι μου τάξη, Κυριακή βράδυ διαδικτυακά. Δευτέρα επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα και ζήτησα κάποιες επιπλέον πληροφορίες για τα προϊόντα που παρήγειλλα, ο υπάλληλος ήταν εξυπηρετικότατος. Η παραγγελία ήρθε Τρίτη πρωί, δεν το περίμενα τόσο γρήγορα. Πολύ σωστή λειτουργία επιχείρησης, στις συνθήκες που ζούμε, και αξίζει να στηριχθεί.
I ordered some things I needed to make my living room tidy, Sunday night online. On Monday I contacted the store and asked for some additional information about the products I ordered, the employee was very helpful. The order came Tuesday morning, I was not expecting it so fast. Very good business operation, in the conditions we live in, and it is worth supporting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα 5 αστέρια τα αξίζει και με το παραπάνω... έκανα παραγγελία Δευτέρα βραδυ. Τρίτη πρωί επικοινώνησα μαζί τους για να τους ρωτήσω πότε θα παραλάβω επειδή από Πέμπτη και μετα δεν θα μπορουσα. Τρίτη βράδυ με ενημερωνουν ότι λόγω διαθεσιμοτητας θα παραλάβω Πέμπτη εκτός αν επείγει .Τετάρτη βράδυ μου τα έφεραν στην πόρτα μου.
Ευγενέστατο προσωπικό... Εξυπηρετικοτατοι ειδικά από τη στιγμή που έκαναν ο,τι μπορούσαν για να παραλάβω τη στιγμή που μπορούσα ενώ είχαν "πρόβλημα" διαθεσιμότητας. Σίγουρα θα τους προτιμήσω ξανα.
The 5 stars are worth it and with the above ... I placed an order Monday night. On Tuesday morning I contacted them to ask them when I would receive it because from Thursday onwards I could not. Tuesday night they inform me that due to availability I will pick up on Thursday unless urgent. On Wednesday night they brought them to my door.
Gentle staff ... Very helpful especially from the moment they did what they could to pick up the moment I could while they had a "problem" of availability. I will definitely prefer them again.
