Έκλεισα εισιτήρια μέσω feryhopper στη Golden Star Ferries και δεν ήξεραν να με ενημερώσουν οτι το on line checkin είναι αρκετό και δεν χρειάζεται να γίνει εκτύπωση στα εισιτήρια. Άντι αυτού μου έλεγαν διαφορα άσχετα οτι τα εισιτήρια έχουν εκτυπωθεί απο κάπου και δεν μπορούν να κάνουν κάτι. Τόσο δύσκολο ειναι να τους εκπαιδεύσουν στα στοιχειώδη ; Η αγένεια και η ασχετοσύνη σε όλο της το μεγαλείο !
Completely irrelevant. I booked tickets through feryhopper at Golden Star Ferries and they did not know to inform me that online checkin is enough and there is no need to print the tickets. Instead I was told variously regardless of that the tickets have been printed from somewhere and they can not do anything. Is it so difficult to train them in the basics? Rudeness and irrelevance in all its glory!
