I would advise everyone not to deal with this store and go to stores that value their customers. The ethos of the owner is evident from his answers here in the comments. UNACCEPTABLE.

Δεν χρειάζεται να μπω σε λεπτομέρειες, είμαι ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας και καταστηματάρχης ο ίδιος, μου είναι δύσκολο να γράψω αρνητική κριτική αυτούς τους καιρούς για μια μικρή επιχείριση. Όμως νιώθω την ανάγκη να ενημερώσω για την κακή μου εμπειρία με το κατάστημα αυτό. Ήμουν χρόνια πελάτης. Λυπαμαι πολύ.

Unacceptable behavior especially of the store employee. I do not need to go into details, I am a freelancer and a shopkeeper myself, it is difficult for me to write negative reviews these days for a small business. But I feel the need to report my bad experience with this store. I was a customer for years. I'm so sorry.
