R	RANIA VANGELI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα σας αφηγηθώ την εμπειρία μου όπως ακριβώς τη βίωσα. Στο συνεργείο αυτό είχα ξαναπάει περίπου ένα χρόνο πριν για service του αυτοκινήτου. Αυτή την εβδομάδα (Δευτέρα πρωί συγκεκριμένα) αφήνουμε το αυτοκίνητο γιατί ειχε βλάβη με τη κατανάλωση του πετρελαίου και μας ενημερώνουν πως θα είναι έτοιμο Τρίτη ή Τετάρτη. Τη Τετάρτη το πρωί λοιπόν δεν ήτανε έτοιμο και μας διαβεβαιώνουν για Πέμπτη. Τη Πέμπτη δεν ήτανε έτοιμο και μας λένε για Παρασκευή και κάπου εκεί καταλαβαίνουμε πως μάλλον ούτε και τη Παρασκευή θα είναι ετοιμο και έτσι έγινε. Μίλησε και ο σύζυγός μου και εγώ και πραγματικά ο κύριος με το συνεργείο απαθεστατος, οταν του εξήγησα πως το αυτοκίνητο χρειάζεται και πώς δεν παραπονέθηκαμε ποτέ για τις αναβολές αλλά κάναμε υπομονή το μόνο που πρότεινε ήτανε να το πάρουμε προσωρινά και να το ξαναπάμε γιατί με λίγα λόγια είχε δουλειά! Δεν περιμένεις τέτοια αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά... Το αυτοκίνητο το πήρα φυσικά αφτιαχτο, καθυστερώντας μας αφού έμεινε 5 μέρες με κανένα αποτέλεσμα!! Αυτή είναι η δική μου εμπειρία και τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας!! I will tell you my experience exactly as I experienced it. I had been to this workshop about a year ago for car service. This week (Monday morning in particular) we leave the car because it was damaged by the consumption of oil and they inform us that it will be ready on Tuesday or Wednesday. So on Wednesday morning it was not ready and they assure us for Thursday. On Thursday it was not ready and they tell us about Friday and somewhere there we understand that it will probably not be ready on Friday either and so it happened. My husband and I talked and really the gentleman with the workshop was unmoved, when I explained to him that the car was needed and how we never complained about the postponements but we were patient, all he suggested was to take it temporarily and go again because with a few words had a job! You do not expect such unprofessional behavior ... I got the car unharmed, of course, delaying us after 5 days with no result !! This is my experience and the conclusions are yours !!

And the wife at the reception brought me to our Campsite and picked me up again, so I did'nt have to wait for the repair! Thank's a lot for that! We will surely come back, if necessary!!!
