★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is an absolute nightmare. There is an illegal extension of the balconies on the top floor that is case of an earthquake will fall on our heads.
The hotel does merit the 80€. It merits maybe 10€ per night. The curtain rail fell off. Beds are small. No coffee bagand. Plenty of dogs barking around that made really difficult sleeping. This place doesn't look like a proper hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great hotel to rest and relax. Clean and spacious rooms, but the biggest plus here is the owner, who is making the guests feel at home instantly and is providing great tips on what to visit in the area. We will visit again soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most welcoming hotel ever. The owner/reception welcomes you as if you are a guest in her personal home. She made our stay as lovely as ever and the views are extraordinary. Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to stay in a homey welcoming environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent one night here on our way to the Peloponesus penninsula. As we arrived in the middle of the second heatwave (that day it was measured 46 deg C in Karavomylos) Mrs. Katerina turned on the AC unit so that the room would be pleasant for us. We had a room on the second floor. It had one double and one single bed, couple of armchairs, kitchenette with the essentials (small refrigerators and two cooking hobbs) bathroom, large terrace, mosquito nets on the terrace door and on the bathroom window. It was very clean, and we had enough space in the room.
Mrs. Katerina provided all the info we needed for a pleasant stay. Even when the forest fire broke out on the hill behind the hotel she gave us the latest news about it.
Hotel is positioned on the hill, above all other houses so you'll have unobstructed view over the gulf and Evia island. 5 min walk from it there are 2 supermarkets where we bought all we needed for our trip to the south.
I would recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location for those who visit the area and those who come for kite surfing. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are big. There is amazing view from balcony. The hostess is very friendly, helping a lot with the locations to go and to eat.
