Probably one of the worst when it comes to delivery and customer service. They expect you (the customer) to call them when they inevitably run late (they usually don't notify you or offer another slot, it's always "the driver will be there in an hour or so..."), the POS machines the drivers are equipped with are usually faulty (got charged twice a few times), and they seem to run their business as if they are doing you (the customer) a favor.
