La signorina che ci ha servito è stata molto gentile,simpatica e molto competente e non ha cercato di forzare la vendita di un vestito che nn vestiva bene. Siamo rimasti molto contenti degli acquisti.

i don’t usually write reviews, however i had a terrible experience at this boutique. i purchased a dress yesterday and did not have time to try it so before purchasing i asked the lady working if they do refunds (refunds mean money is returned, exchange means you can exchange the item for another item in the store) she said yes so i proceeded to buy the dress. i tried it on at my hotel and it was too big so the next morning i went back to return the dress. it was the same lady working and i said i was there to return the dress. she told me to wait as they had just opened- it was 10:40 and the website said they open at 9?? after waiting for a bit she took my dress and receipt out of the bag and told me they don’t do refunds after telling me last night that they do?? definitely would not recommend this place. she was very rude, did not acknowledge the mistake she had made and kept asking me to leave. Συνήθως δεν γράφω κριτικές, ωστόσο είχα μια φοβερή εμπειρία σε αυτήν την μπουτίκ. αγόρασα ένα φόρεμα χθες και δεν πρόλαβα να το δοκιμάσω, οπότε πριν το αγοράσω ρώτησα την κυρία που εργάζεται αν κάνουν επιστροφές χρημάτων (επιστροφές χρημάτων σημαίνει επιστροφή χρημάτων, ανταλλαγή σημαίνει ότι μπορείτε να ανταλλάξετε το αντικείμενο με άλλο προϊόν στο κατάστημα) είπε ναι έτσι προχώρησα στην αγορά του φορέματος. το δοκίμασα στο ξενοδοχείο μου και ήταν πολύ μεγάλο, οπότε το επόμενο πρωί επέστρεψα για να επιστρέψω το φόρεμα. ήταν η ίδια κυρία που εργαζόταν και είπα ότι ήμουν εκεί για να επιστρέψω το φόρεμα. μου είπε να περιμένω καθώς μόλις άνοιξαν- ήταν 10:40 και ο ιστότοπος είπε ότι ανοίγουν στις 9; αφού περίμενε λίγο μου έβγαλε το φόρεμα και την απόδειξη από την τσάντα και μου είπε ότι δεν κάνουν επιστροφή χρημάτων αφού μου είπαν χθες το βράδυ ότι το κάνουν ;; σίγουρα δεν θα συνιστούσα αυτό το μέρος. ήταν πολύ αγενής, δεν αναγνώριζε το λάθος που είχε κάνει και μου ζητούσε συνέχεια να φύγω.
