K	Kat Meg11 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να πειτε στην κυρία αυτήν με τα γυαλιά πως δεν τρως μπροστά στους πελάτες και πως η μασκα σε εσωτερικό χώρο ειναι υποχρεωτική ακόμαα,,,!!! απαράδεκτη δεν την ένοιαξε που της το είπα ..αν θέλει να φαει φαντάζομαι υπάρχει ειδικός χώρος μεσα στο σούπερ για αυτόν τον λόγο..πηγαινοερχόταν τρώγοντας.. Tell this lady with the glasses that you do not eat in front of customers and that the mask indoors is still mandatory ,,, !!! unacceptable she did not care that I told her ..if she wants to eat I imagine there is a special place in the super for this reason..he was coming and going eating ..

D	Delicate Flower on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γυρίζοντας από μία κουραστική και γεμάτη ένταση μέρα στη δουλειά (εξυπηρέτηση πελατών) μπήκα να ψωνίσω ένα προϊόν περίπου αξίας 1,60€, ήρθε η σειρά μου, είπα ευγενικά καλησπέρα και πήγα να πληρώσω με 20€, με ρώτησε η ταμίας κάπως εκνευρισμένη εάν έχω ψιλά κι είπα δυστυχώς δεν έχω τίποτα κι η απάντηση ήταν "έλεος βρε παιδιά πια"! Οπότε τραβάω πίσω το χαρτονόμισμα λέω ευχαριστώ, καλό βράδυ και φεύγω παρόλο που με φώναξε να γυρίσω πίσω. Κατανοώ εν μέρη τον εκνευρισμό της για τα ψιλά αλλά ο τρόπος που μίλησε ήταν απαράδεκτος και γενικώς σε αυτό το κατάστημα με εξαίρεση ίσως δύο υπαλλήλων, οι συμπεριφορές είναι παρόμοιες, φυσικά δεν θα χάσει το κατάστημα από τέτοιο μικρό ποσό κι ούτε πιστεύω να ασχοληθούν περισσότερο αλλά η υπομονή έχει τα όρια της κι η ευγενια ποτέ δεν έβλαψε κανέναν. Αντιμετωπίζω κι εγώ καθημερινά πελάτες στην εργασία μου και τέτοιες συμπεριφορές είναι ανεπίτρεπτες. Returning from a tiring and intense day at work (customer service) I went shopping for a product worth about € 1.60, it was my turn, I said good evening and went to pay with € 20, the cashier asked me a little irritated if I had fine and I said unfortunately I have nothing and the answer was "mercy find children now"! So I pull back the bill and say thank you, good night and I leave even though he called me to come back. I understand in part her frustration for the small things but the way she spoke was unacceptable and generally in this store with the exception of maybe two employees, the behaviors are similar, of course she will not lose the store by such a small amount and I do not think they will deal more but patience has its limits and kindness has never hurt anyone. I also deal with clients at work every day and such behaviors are unacceptable.
