★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After speaking today with a government employee, I discovered that all the requested supporting documents for my citizenship application were NEVER SUBMITTED by my lawyer from this office. Not only did I waste an enormous amount of time gathering the required documentation but now my application has been cancelled with the new law. Luckily we no longer need lawyers to represent us and with the new digital services we can do everything ourselves. This was a total waste of time and money. Shame on you all for calling yourselves professionals.
