I highly recommend!!! The children are doing an excellent job !!! They give you solutions for exercises that you can not perform !!!

Ποιοτική προπόνηση με έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεια και στην ασφάλεια για όλες τις ηλικίες.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι προπονητές είναι εξαιρετικά παιδιά, και φυσικά ο Βασίλης. Καταρτισμένοι στο είδος τους, πετυχαίνουν τους στόχους του κάθε αθλούμενου, πάντα με σεβασμό στην ανάγκη του κάθε μαθητή τους. Επίσης, είναι σπάνιο πλέον να είναι ο προπονητής από πάνω σου καθ όλη τη διάρκεια της προπόνησης, και να βελτιώνεσαι συνεχώς. Πολύ σημαντική η ψυχολογία που δημιουργούν στον αθλούμενο, και κυρίως το κλίμα οικογένειας αντί ανταγωνισμού, μεταξύ αθλητών και προπονητών. Μόνο θετικές εμπειρίες έχω αποκομίσει.
The coaches are great guys, and of course Vassilis. Trained in their kind, they achieve the goals of every athlete, always with respect to the need of each of their students. It is also rare to have a coach on top of you throughout your workout, and to constantly improve. The psychology they create in the athlete, and especially the family atmosphere instead of competition, between athletes and coaches is very important. I have only gained positive experiences.
