Very good team… the place is neat and clean. The gymnasts are amazing in their work, they are pleasant and the results were evident from the first training sessions! Μου αρέσει που η προπόνηση είναι προσωπική και εστιάζει καθαρά στις ανάγκες του κάθε ασκούμενου και δεν χρειάζεται όλοι να ακολουθούμε το ίδιο πρόγραμμα. Clean and warm place! I started pilates reformer and I am very happy. I like that the training is personal and clearly focuses on the needs of each trainee and we do not all need to follow the same program.

Έμεινα πολύ ευχαριστημένη από την ευγένεια των παιδιών και τη προσοχή τους!! Αξίζει να δοκιμάσει ο καθένας την προπόνηση με ηλεκτρομυοδιέγερση ,προσωπικά με έκανε να νοιώσω το σώμα μου πιο δυνατό!!! Excellent in their work, they give importance and individualize the program of each trainee. I was very happy with the kindness of the children and their attention !!
