Excellent location (a minute away from Acropolis and really close to the city centre in general), fair price, friendly and positive personnel always ready to help with anything asked, cozy and clean rooms (OK, the rooms are not that big like in a 4-, 5-star hotel but who cares when you are in the heart of the city, you need them just for a sleep and a shower). I have stayed there two times already when visiting Athens and I would definitely do it again!

The hotel is very nice. The staff are extra helpful. It's within walking distance of most everything you want to see. The neighborhood is pretty rough, with graffiti and trash everywhere. There's a grocery next door and 2 good restaurants down the street. Our shower was very small and had no shower curtain, so water all over the floor after showers.

It was a last-minute reservation because our reservation on another hotel could not be processed. Nonetheless, we were more than satisfied with this hotel. It was very clean, comfortable and breakfast was very tasty. The hotel staff was very charming and welcoming and they even secured me and my family tickets for a Greek islands boat tour and arranged for transportation to the harbour. The hotel is strategically located at walking distance to Athens’ Acropolis and other historic sites. I definitely recommend this place.

My stay was excellent. The rooms are as shown in the pictures. The place is well maintained and ever day my room was made and cleaned. My experience with the hotel was outstanding. It was my first time visiting Athens and I was worried not being able to find transportation or being too far from the main tourist attractions (Acrópolis, museums, etc.) Well I was wrong, the hotel is located within walking distance to the Acrópolis, from the back or side of the hotel you can reach the filopappou hill that overlooks the Acrópolis (the view of the Acrópolis is amazing during the evening from this place and there are several monuments that are worth watching in the park, and the history of the park where notion of democracy was born). The park trails gets you directly to the Acrópolis. From the street you get directly to the main restaurants near the Acrópolis. The hotel is perfectly located and you can reach the train station Thisio to reach other terminals (5 or less minutes walk). You can walk from this hotel to adrianau street that has even more restaurants and to Monastiraki station. Monastiraki station is within walking distance and it's one stop away from Thisio terminal. Location, the hotel is just perfect located to reach everything. The area was super safe and right beside the hotel there is a small market with every supplies you might need. Across (in front) the hotel there is a coffee store with an amazing variety of cup cakes and sweats. I moved from this location to another hotel (due to my itinerary) and I regreted it because this area (Thisio) is extremely safe, compared to the other location I stayed. The receptionist were amazing, on day one I was given a list of the food and places they recommended me to check, I was even provided with a full city map. It was an excellent experience.

Hotel is situated close to all of the big things like the national observatory, or even the museum - but it is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood which is not common in Athens. Staff is awesome, breakfast is great and the price is just right.

We stayed in the Be My Guest apartment opposite the main hotel. We booked through booking.com and the apartment is nothing like the pictures. The air conditioning was broken, the fixtures and fittings were tired and unfinished. We complained to the manager, who was rude and uninterested in our complaints. I'd stay elsewhere, the area is really nice however

A nice modern, small boutique hotel in a quite street near Acropolis. You can get and to Monastiraki and Psiri in 15-20 minutes by walking Very clean, nice modern tasteful design. There is a good bakery and supermarket near.

Excellent small boutique hotel with a very good location on a smaller street close to the Acropolis. The room was clean and comfortable . Upon arrival in Athens, we were warmly welcomed at the airport by our driver, and at the hotel by the friendly reception staff. They made our trip more interesting with advices about how to best visit the Acropolis and the city of Athens. I definitely recommend this hotel. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you all (Giorgos, Mara, Angelos, the team, and of course housekeeping) for caring and offering to your guests a great service for an excellent price/value.
