Η Μαρία πάντα χαμογελαστή, πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει, όση ώρα κι αν πάρει αυτό. Η εξυπηρέτηση μέσω Social Media είναι επίσης άμεση και πραγματικά εξαιρετική! Μπράβο σας! Μακάρι να εξυπηρετούσαν όλοι έτσι ? Παρόλο που είχε γίνει λάθος από την εταιρεία (όχι το καταστημα) στην απόχρωση ,με εξυπηρέτησαν άμεσα, κ ασχολήθηκαν πολυ για την καλύτερη δυνατή λύση. Η αλλαγή έγινε επίσης πολυ αμεσα. Ευγενέστατο το κορίτσι που με εξυπηρέτησε, σίγουρα θα ψώνιζα ξανα? I placed my order on Monday, Mr. On Tuesday I had it in my hands. Πήγα το καλοκαίρι με τη μαμά μου και τη θεία μου και ψώνισαν για τον γάμο της αδερφής μου? η κοπέλα είναι φουλ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική!επίσης παράγγειλα κάτι πρόσφατα και την επόμενη μέρα το είχα παραλάβει!!! Το προτείνω 100%! Very good choice for buying clothes! There is a great variety every day and for better occasions !!! Α	ΑΓΓΕΛΙΚΗ ΦΩΚΑ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα brands του καταστηματος εχουν δυναμικη. Στα συν οτι 2-3 brands δε τα βρισκεις ευκολα σε αλλο καταστημα στην Ελλαδα. Οσο αφορα ομως τις πωλησεις, αγόρασα ενα ζευγαρι mules ως εκπτωτικό προιον 50% στο οποίο δεν γίνονται επιτροφές/αλλαγές. Ωραίο προιον, αλλά α)σε άλλο κουτί απτο ομώνυμο brand του, χιλιοχτυπημενο και β)φορεμένο το παπουτσι με used πάτο και γδαρμένο ελαφρώς με αλλο χρωμα στα λουρακια του. Δεν μπήκα στη διαδικασία αντιπαραθεσεων για επιστροφες, 22€ το κοστος ολο κ ολο, αλλα το θεωρω πολυ αντιεπαγγελματικο. Επιπλεον, σε ένα μνμ στο insta ζητούσα να κάνουν έλεγχο για μία άλλη παραγγελία που εν τέλει δεν εκτελέσθηκε ποτέ και δεν έλαβα καμία απάντηση. The brands of the store have dynamics. Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΑ ΘΕΟΔΩΡΙΔΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τι να πρωτοπώ γι αυτό το κατάστημα; Το γνωρίζω αρκετά χρόνια στην περιοχή της Καλαμαριάς, αλλά δεν ήμουν πελάτισσα. Η περίοδος του Covid όμως ήταν η αφορμή να γνωρίσω όλα τα προϊόντα και τα brands του καταστήματος και να το βάλω πρώτο κ μοναδικό στη λίστα των κατάστημάτων π ψωνίζω είτε με φυσική παρουσία είτε διαδικτυακά. Η Μαρία είναι πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική, πάντα με το χαμογέλο, τη διάθεση και την αγάπη γι αυτό που κάνει. Έχω αγοράσει προϊόντα και σε περιόδους μεγάλη εκπτώσεων ως τελευταία κομμάτια κ γενικά με κέρδισαν τόσο πολύ που πλέον δεν πάω αλλού για ψώνια. Ακόμα και σε ελαττωματικό από την εταιρεία προϊόν, η Μαρία μεσολάβησε κ μου έκαναν αντικατάσταση! Καλό θα ήταν κ εμείς από την μεριά μας σαν καταναλωτές να μην απαιτούμε μόνο αλλά να αναγνωρίζουμε τις φιλότιμες προσπάθειες νέων ανθρώπων με πολύ όρεξη κ αγάπη για τη δουλειά τους! Δεν θα παραλείψω να αναφερθώ και στη Λένα για την ευγένεια και τον επαγγελματισμό της κατά την εξυπηρέτηση αλλά και στον φίλο της σκυλίτσας μου που δεν ξέρω το όνομα του ?
