★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trash. The employees had to remake our food 3 times, due to ignorance of our dietary restrictions. The prices weren't that high but it was a bad experience overall. Won't go there ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving this place a 5 star rating MAINLY because of their amazing staff and extremely professional and good customer service. They greet you as soon as you enter, constantly smile, offer suggestions of their menu and are always super friendly. The coffee is good and their salads / sandwiches are amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beat's system couldn't execute an order that was based on an offer.
It's seems there was a bug on the beat's system that can't calculate offer when you put 2 pieces of the same food.Also offer not mentioning anywhere that you can't add 2 pieces of the same food( we checked it with store employees) as a result system can't calculate correctly the offer's price so pricing is normal without the offer's discount so can't print the receipt with offer's cost due to this system error.
I hope beat fix this error/bug soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEAT franchise is the natural evolution of everest, in a good way. Not only their sandwiches are better, but their pies are better as well. I ordered a big cheese and ham pie for only 2 Euros. Minus one star, because of the man working there at the time I went (Thursday, 1:15 AM). He asked the all time silly question, "Do you want to drink something?“... not only it's obvious that if I wanted something else, I would ask for it...but I have two hands. One for the pie, and one for my phone. Where the hell could I put the juice/coffee/whatever I would order? Some people...really...
