M	Manos Roudas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εντάξει, τίμιο αλλά δεν είναι και ότι καλύτερο έχετε επισκεφθεί. Μέτριος χώρος, λίγο καθαρός, μέτριο μενού, καλά παιδιά αλλά μέτριο σέρβις. Okay, honest but it's not the best you've ever visited. Moderate space, a little clean, mediocre menu, good guys but mediocre service.
E	Evelyn K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συγκεκριμένη βάρδια στις 24.10.2021 12.04μμ οι καφέδες παραδόθηκαν λες και κάποιος άλλος τους είχε παρατήσει στην μέση και έφυγε. Οταν κάλεσα για να μου δώσουν απαντήσεις στα ερωτήματα μου η συγκεκριμένη υπεύθυνη όπως μου συστήθηκε, χωρίς να δίνει το όνομα της, δεν με άφησε να εξηγήσω ούτε τον λόγο που κάλεσα.. Οταν δε έστειλαν και τον δεύτερο ως αλλαγή καφέ έδωσα στον υπάλληλο τους (διανομέα τους )τον πρώτο πίσω και δεν τον πήρε. Εφυγε και ανοίγοντας τον δεύτερο καφέ βλέπω ότι είχαν βάλει την κρέμα και είχαν αφαιρέσει με κουτάλι από πάνω την μισή!! Δυστυχώς από κάτι τέτοιους υπαλλήλους χάνετε τον κόσμο σας... Λυπάμαι!!! Πρώτη φορά κάνω αρνητική!! Συγχαρητήρια!! 25-10-21 σε συνέχεια της απάντησης σας μην κάνετε μαθήματα καφέ γιατί ήμουν στον ίδιο κλάδο, επίσης προς καμία ικανοποίηση μου δεν έγινε αφού και ο δεύτερος ήρθε ακατάλληλος!! Μάθετε στους ανθρώπους σας πρώτα παιδεία και να μιλάνε όμορφα αφού θέλετε να τους κρατάτε και μετά τον καφέ και ίσως σας μείνουν πελάτες!! Κρίμα που δεν μπορώ να ανεβάσω τις φώτο των καφέδων σας όπως και την απόδειξη παραγγελίας μια που έγινε ηλεκτρονικά!!! Specific shift on 24.10.2021 12.04pm the coffees were delivered as if someone else had left them in the middle and left. When I called to give me answers to my questions, the specific manager as recommended to me, without giving her name, did not even let me explain the reason I called .. When they did not send the second one as a coffee change, I gave it to their employee ( their distributor) the first back and did not get it. He left and opening the second coffee I see that they had put the cream and had removed half of it with a spoon !! Unfortunately, from such employees you lose your world ... I am sorry!!! First time I do negative !! Congratulations!! 25-10-21 following your answer do not take coffee lessons because I was in the same industry, also to my satisfaction it was not done since the second one came unsuitable !! Teach your people first education and to speak nicely since you want to keep them after coffee and maybe you will have customers !! Too bad I can not upload the photos of your coffees as well as the order receipt since it was done electronically !!!
E	Eleni Dam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς κακή εμπειρία σε παραγγελία. Ήρθε με πάρα πολύ μεγάλη καθυστέρηση και λάθος. Τη δεύτερη φορά ακύρωσα την παραγγελία γιατί με ενημέρωσαν μετά από μισή ώρα ότι από αυτά που είχα παραγγείλει υπήρχαν μόνο κάποια. Unfortunately bad experience on order. It came with too much delay and error. The second time I canceled the order because I was informed after half an hour that from what I had ordered there were only some.

The place is unacceptably communicative ... it has no masks for customers .... the girl wore the mask half and made health remarks.
