A	Angeliki Lolidi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είμαι πελάτισσα από την πρώτη εβδομάδα λειτουργίας του καταστήματος (χωρίς υπερβολή). Οι κοπέλες κάνουν εξαιρετική δουλειά και τα υλικά τους πολύ καλά. Βέβαια δεν φτάνουν μόνο αυτά ώστε να διατηρεί κάνεις κατάστημα. Όταν λοιπον έχεις μπροστα σου ανθρώπους θα πρέπει τουλάχιστον να είσαι ευγενικός και δεν αναφέρομαι σε όλο το προσωπικό, αλλα σε συγκεκριμένα άτομα (και δεν έχω μόνο προσωπικές εμπειρίες, αλλα και με φίλες μου που επισκέπτονται το κατάστημα είχαμε παρόμοια περιστατικά). Και αν ξεπεράσουμε αυτο το γεγονός, ενώ στην αρχη το κατάστημα ειχε ως πολιτική να κλείνει ραντεβού για καθε υπηρεσία που προσφέρει, ανεξαρτήτως χρόνου, από πέρσυ αποφάσισαν να σταματήσουν να κλεινουν ραντεβού για το απλό ημιμόνιμο, με αποτέλεσμα να πρέπει να περιμένεις όταν και εφόσον θα έχουν χρόνο. Η τελευταία εξέλιξη είναι ότι κάλεσα να κλείσω ραντεβού για απλό ημιμονιμο (αναλογιζομενη τις νέες συνθήκες που επικρατούν) και με ενημέρωσαν οτι δεν εξυπηρετούν καθόλου αυτή την υπηρεσία παράνομο το μανικιούρ ημιμονιμο. Προφανώς δεν τους ενδιαφέρουν οι πελάτισσες που τους στηρίζουν εδω και 3-4 χρόνια γιατί το 10ευρω μας δεν τους λεει κάτι. Είναι τουλάχιστον αντιεπαγγελματικό να ξεκινάς προσφέροντας μια υπηρεσία γιατί γνωρίζεις οτι θα σου φέρει κόσμο (και εγω ειμαι μέσα σε αυτούς που δεν μπορω να δίνω 20€) και σταδιακά να την αφαιρέσεις γιατί δεν χρειάζεσαι πλέον αυτα τα χρήματα. So when you have people in front of you you should at least be polite and I don't refer to all the staff, but to specific people (and I don't just have personal experiences, but with friends who visit the store we had similar incidents). And if we overcome this fact, while in the beginning the store had as a policy to make an appointment for each service it offers, regardless of time, since last year they decided to stop making appointments for the simple semi-permanent, so you have to wait when and if have time. The latest development is that I called to make an appointment for a simple semi-permanent (considering the new conditions that prevail) and I was informed that the semi-permanent manicure service does not serve this service at all illegally. Obviously, they are not interested in the customers who have been supporting them for 3-4 years because our 10 euros do not tell them anything. It is at least unprofessional to start by offering a service because you know that it will bring you people (and I am among those who cannot give 20 €) and gradually remove it because you no longer need this money.

Συγχαρητήρια για την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και το επαγγελματισμο. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ. Λυπάμαι για τη βαθμολογία, η οποία οφείλεται στην ουσία στον καθαρό και ευχάριστο χορό. Αρχικά είναι αρκετά τα χρήματα για την ποιότητα που προσφέρεται. 18€ για ημιμονιμο μανικιούρ, το οποίο την 6η μέρα "πέταξε" το βερνίκι σε δύο νύχια,κανοντας απλώς τις δουλειές που κάνουμε όλοι φυσιολογικά στο σπίτι μας. Να σημειώσω ότι όσες φορές έχω κάνει ημιμονιμο και είναι αρκετές, έχει διαρκέσει σχεδόν μήνα, που σημαίνει ότι δε φταει κάτι στη λιπαρότητα των νυχιών ή στο ότι ταλαιπωρησα εγώ παραπάνω τα χέρια μου. Κρίμα ειλικρινά,. Αναφορικά με την εξυπηρέτηση, είναι πάρα πολύ γρήγορες οι κοπέλες, σε σημείο που αγχώθηκα, δεν κατάφερα να χαλαρώσω δεδομένου ότι πηγαίνεις για να σου παρασχεθει μια υπηρεσία καλλωπισμού. Τέλος, η ταχύτητα με την οποία εξυπηρετούν κάνει την επαφή απολύτως απρόσωπης και λίγο άβολη. Παρόλο που πάντα υπάρχει μεγάλος φόρτος εργασίας προσπαθούν να εξυπηρετήσουν τις "επείγουσες" και μη περιπτώσεις ώστε να μην μείνει κανείς απογοητευμένος. Τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιούν είναι άριστης ποιότητας και αυτό φαίνεται στη διάρκεια!
