★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had a poor experience. I had a Hollywood wax done. Half was strip waxed and the rest with hot wax. Sadly I have been left with a red burn-like mark on the side of my bikini line. As I’m about to go on a sail trip I am very disappointed that it will look bad for the trip and concerned as it hasn’t gone down despite time, cream and medication. It appears to be a burn mark. In addition, despite getting a wax done regularly each month and never having any issues I have got red irritation marks from the strip wax which I believe is due to stripping too many times on the same area. Very upset by this experience. Would not recommend for waxing sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my nails there (shellac) for 25 eauros. After 5 days it started peeling. I came back to fix 1 nail but all of the other 9 are still peeling... (also they made me feel like its not ok for asking to fix it). I do not recommande. The photos were taken after 8 days.
