I’ve had an appointment to refill my gel nails (longer, almond shaped). The girl doing it was really nice and I’m sorry for giving such an low rating, but my nails look horrible. I said at the beginning that I want the same form of my current nails just a bit shorter. She started and nearly filed of my whole nail. With gel she made It longer again which is okay. When she was ready with my nails I was looking at completely round shaped nails. Maybe she misunderstood me and i explained i want them like before. She told me she usually has customers with either round or squared nails. After nearly 2 hours I was ready. My nails all in different shapes (some a bit rounder some more pointed). I was told it’s just nails, I can do them tomorrow again?! I’m sorry, but if you think so maybe you’ve got the wrong job. The only good thing was the color I choose. But the color was not painted clean and the finishing was also not painted even. At the end she told my refilling costs 40€ + 6€ for the nail she had to build up again. When I made my appointment 2-3 days ago another woman told me it would cost 35€. At the end I paid 41€ Till this day I never cried because of my nails.. Again I’m sorry for taking so much of your time and for the other customers waiting! And sorry for leaving this here, but I’m really disappointed.

Keep walking. Bad service, rude people, expensive. I went there for simple (nail polish) manicure et pedicure. My cuticules were cut. And on top of it, too short that I bled. I'm retty sure scissors had not been sanitized. The girl was talking to me only by orders (Follow me, Sit, What color?...) . I was taken 30 min late because they forgot my appointment. The manicure was rushed so the girl could catch her bus. The nail polish was so old it made threads. I asked for opaque white, they put see-through white. The result was so bad - there were lines, I had polish around the nails and under (!). I had it all removed... I ended up doing the manicure at home with my sister. It was million times better. I was told in an aggressive tone that "I made them waste 4 hours". This happened 2 days before my wedding day (which they knew of). Finally, to top it all, as I walked out something was shouted at me in my back, didn't understand what it was though (I doubt nice words).

Always very friendly, a clean and professional salon. They speak perfect English too. I've always been very pleased with both eyebrow reshaping and mani/pedi. A good friend says the facials are excellent too. Happy to recommend Christina and Flora to anyone looking for somewhere to go for a treatment in Pefkohori.

Friendly and professional service. We had massages done and the pressure was perfect and truly relieved our pain points. Can only recommend!

It’s a shame I cannot give a 0 rating rather than 1, because honestly this place doesn't even deserve the 1 I gave. I came to do my nails few days ago, the ladies working there was extremely rude, charging triple amount of money than any other salon. I didn’t have a problem paying, as long as I was given what I asked for, however NOTHING was done. No nail art possibility, no correct shaping, poor quality products, nails kept breaking. They had no idea what they were doing, and I had to guide them though the whole process on how and what to do…When I explained that I wasn’t happy, the owner of the business started to attack me, being really rude, and not caring about their customers at all, In the end I felt so bad and insulted by them, but it seemed normal for them…When I asked to fix the mistakes that were done I was told “ you gotta go because we are extremely busy and we have many more appointments for today” I WAS HONESTLY IN SHOCK…In such a touristic place, I believe staff friendliness and good customer service is important. I wouldn’t suggest to go there for anyone.

From making the appointment, arriving for the appointment, being prepped for the treatment, through the treatment itself, every interaction is friendly, professional, calming and relaxing. The place itself is made with a sense of quality and an eye for detail. I warmly recommend Beauty Lab to anyone local and tourist alike.
